The problem

Prove demand before paying for production.

Shido was a new brand with no customers, no audience, and very little budget. Before investing in a production run, we needed proof that people would buy.

With a small budget, every dollar spent on content was a dollar not spent on ads. So content production had to cost as close to nothing as possible.

What we did

01

Audited the brand

A full audit of the customer, positioning, ad angles, and sales offers.

02

Brought in the right creators

We picked a short list of creators from our network who already fit the product, and onboarded them.

03

Built the funnel while they filmed

While creators made the content, we built the sales pages, offers, and headlines.

04

Moved budget to what worked

Once ads went live, we shifted spend toward the content that performed best.

About one week from campaign launch to ads live.

Results

Every customer paid for their own acquisition, with $19.67 left over.

125 customers across all campaigns, with creator content that cost nothing to produce. That was enough proof to invest in production.
