Gaming supplement brand / Paid ads

Diagnosing an underperforming Meta account and producing its first paid customers.

This gaming supplement brand's ads had never produced a sale. We built and ran the funnel, found their conversion data was unusable, and produced the first paid purchases in the account's history.

What we found in their data

01

The account had no usable purchase data at all.

Not one real purchase had ever been recorded from their ads. With nothing to model, Meta cannot find buyers, which keeps costs high and delivery unstable. Every campaign in the account had been running against that, and nobody had caught it.

02

What the pixel did record was free samples.

25 purchases in 30 days, and 23 of them were $0 orders from the brand's creator seeding app. Meta had been optimizing to find people who take free product. We matched every event to its order to prove it, then built a conversion that counts only paid purchases.

03

Then we gave the account real buyer data.

We rebuilt the offer and creative around the cold start, fixed a checkout event that fired on button taps, restored subscription billing, and carried click IDs through to the order. Testing angles produced the first paid purchases, which is the data the account now runs on.

Where it stands

The funnel works. The account is ready to scale.

The goal of this phase was to produce real buyers and warm a cold pixel. It ran at $100 a day, which is below what a cold account needs to optimize. The funnel and the diagnosis are done, so the next gain comes from budget. Campaign ongoing, figures as of September 2026.
