What kind of events do you run?

Trade shows, expos, product launches, tournaments, conferences, pop-ups — anywhere a creator presence makes the floor and the content stronger.

How many creators come on-site?

Anywhere from one to 30, depending on the show, the floor plan, and the content goals. We right-size with you.

Do you handle travel and logistics?

Yes. Travel, lodging, badges, call sheets, on-site coordination — all on us. You approve; we run it.

Who owns the content?

You do. We negotiate usage upfront and deliver a content library after the show — fully edited.

How early do we need to start?

Ideally 6–8 weeks before show day. We can move faster for tight windows — tell us the date and we'll be honest about what's possible.

What's not included?

Booth design and build. We work alongside your show team but we don't fabricate the space — we fill it with the right creators and content.
